On Friday afternoon, some of them came to Lynn to get our flags, but the store's computer had crashed and had cancelled our orders. We had to drive to Beverly to get them.
While we waited, we walked down the Lynn Commons towards the Old Western Burial Ground, which I've never been in before. It was excellent! I was even able to find Samual Whiting's grave!
But I was pissed when some lady came in with her dog and sat on one of the headstones, which I could tell was that of a Civil War veteran. I told her off, and she got off. But she kept an eye on us as we were leaving. I might file a complaint to keep the disrespectfuls out of such a sacred place!
After getting our flags at the Beverly store, we went and had McDonalds. Then we all went home.
The next day was the Hetalia Olympics !!!!
I was surprised at the vast numbers of homeless people scattered around Harvard Square. I felt bad for these people. When I saw one who was taking care of his cat and dog while begging for any spare change we could come up with for food, I went and gave him several dollars (around seven to nine bucks).
